Skills Park Official Opening – Sun July 25th

Sure, it’s been open to the public for a couple of weeks, but we can’t let this landmark event pass without a party. So we’re having one.

There will be demos, a Jump Jam and contest, music, and lots of cool stuff. The Jump Contest will be open to anyone who is an MTBco member, and we’ll be there early to sign people up. Prizes for the jam are being donated by all the local shops. Read more…

Trail bikes are fun, all Mountain bikes may indeed be the best thing since sliced bread and even dirt jumpers have their time and place. Despite all that, sometimes you just need a big bike. Multiple Shore shuttle laps, full days in a bike park and sneaky recons pushing up “secret” trails are just some of the times when having a big rig with meaty tires and seven-plus inches of travel underneath you is a very good thing.
